Season Pass FAQ

How does the Payment Plan work?

Use the Payment Plan program and we’ll charge your credit card with the number of months of the payment plan purchased – with no interest fees. Using the Payment Plan to purchase a season pass(es) constitutes the purchaser agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.  The purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete the payments as indicated upon purchase will result in the suspension of the item or package and the purchaser will not receive the item or package until such time when payment is made in full. All Payments must be received by the end date of their payment plan.  If payments are not received for any reason the season pass is not valid and no refunds will be issued.  Passes are only valid for 2023 Operating Season and cannot be transferred to subsequent years.

 Your Season Pass purchase will be paid in equal payments for the payment plan offered (ie, 10, 9, 8, etc.).  The first payment of the Season Pass price will be charged at the time of purchase, along with all of the taxes and the regular online service fee.  In 30 days, we'll charge your credit card an additional payment of the total purchase price. If you choose to add other items to the order (locker pass, drink pass, etc.), those products will be charged to your credit card in full today.

If payment is not received for any reason, the Season Pass transaction will be canceled and no refund will be issued.  All the payments will be billed to the initial credit card (or approved payment method) on a recurring 30-days basis until payment is made in full. Payments declined for processing for any reason will be retried once after a 3-day waiting period. If Wet'n'Wild Toronto is unable to confirm the payment method, the transaction will be canceled. A suspended status notice will be sent to the purchaser with instructions on how to reinstate the transaction.

 What if I was a 2022 Season Pass holder?

If you were a 2022 season pass holder, keep your 2022 EZ-Band. It can be reused next year and will help expedite season pass processing for 2023. You must purchase a 2023 season pass and enter your 2023 EZ-Band number to renew.

 How do I process my Season Passes?

It is important that you double check that you spelled your e-mail correctly when purchasing your pass.  You will receive an e-mail approximately a month before opening day with instructions on how to process your season pass(es).

 Can I get a refund on my Season Pass?

All season pass purchases are final and valid only for the Season Purchased. However, a season pass is not attached to an individual person until it is processed.  

What does Free Upgrade to Gold Mean?

If you purchase a Season Pass that says Free Upgrade to Gold, that means that whatever benefits we attach to the Gold Membership, those benefits are automatically uploaded to your Season Pass.  You do not need to do anything else.

 Do I need my EZ-Band every time I visit?

Yes, your EZ-Band is attached to your season pass profile and picture.  Your EZ-Band must be scanned at the front gate prior to admission into the park.  If you lose your EZ-Band, a $10.00 fee will be charged to replace your band.
