Unauthorized use or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation without refund and ejection of the person attempting to enter the park. Ticket is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. No refunds, rainchecks or exchanges if lost, stolen or unused. Violation of park rules will result in expulsion. A copy of park rules is available upon request. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. Clothing with inappropriate/offensive words, phrases or graphics are prohibited.
While in the water park, proper swim wear must be worn at all times. Only tickets obtained from Wet N Wild Toronto (“Company”) or offices authorized by Company to sell/distribute tickets will be honored. Due to maintenance and other circumstances such as weather, certain rides and attractions may not be open to the public. Hours are subject to change. Admission to certain rides, shows, attractions, special events, and concerts may require an additional charge or be subject to pre-sold admission. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
WARNING: We have noticed a high number of fake tickets or packages offered on the web lately. Please be careful when you buy from another source other than the official Wet’n’Wild Toronto Waterpark web site, or one of our hotel partners. We greatly discourage this. Any other site, without our permission, is unauthorized to do so. If a ticket has been purchased through a third party, we unfortunately cannot honour and redeem these tickets. Chances are they are fraudulous promotional codes or coupons. Wet’n’Wild Toronto is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication and reserves the right to deny admission. In order to curtail the number of fraudulent chargebacks, you may be required to show the credit card used for your purchase. The credit card will be verified against the last four digits on your ticket voucher.
