Message to our Guests on COVID-19
Last Updated: 4/13/2020
Wet’n’Wild Toronto is carefully watching reports about COVID-19 from Health Canada and consulting with our colleagues at other parks across the world to determine the best procedures to keep our Team Members and Guests safe when we open this summer.
We will also be changing our operations in ways you may or may not notice. All areas of the park will be professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to opening, and we will make sure to have additional sanitizing services available as required. Additional measures will be taken as advised by Health Canada.
The important thing that you should know is that our small-but-dedicated team is working hard from home right now. We’re preparing to hire our seasonal employees and we’ll do our best to train them online as much as possible. We have a great team and we look forward to welcoming you to Wet ‘n’ Wild Toronto this summer.
When is Opening Day?
We continue to plan to open full time by the end of June as originally planned. However, we will follow the guidance of the Provincial and Federal Governments.
My group has an event this summer, what if you’re not open?
If we are unable to open on the day your group event is scheduled, our sales team will reach out to help you reschedule or give you more options.
I purchased tickets and/or season passes for the 2020 season. What should I expect?
While these times are uncertain, we know that creating fond memories with your family will always be important and our team at Wet ‘n’ Wild Toronto looks forward to welcoming you to the park this summer. Your season pass or daily admission ticket is valid throughout the 2020 season. We remain thankful for your support and patronage, now more than ever. Additionally, we will increase the benefits to our season pass holders to help ease the burden brought on by COVID-19 and these will be announced closer to park opening.
What is the best way to stay updated?
If you are not already a member of our Wild Reward$ club, now is a perfect time to join. It is free and easy to join and we will continue to keep everyone informed as we get closer to the summer.
Are you still hiring for the 2020 season?
Yes, we are still accepting applications for seasonal staff for this season. If you are interested in applying, please visit, www.wetnwildtoronto.com/jobs.
